“CRIMES AGAINST BOSNIACS IN SREBRENICA DURING
THE AGGRESSION AGAINST THE REPUBLIC OF BOSNIA
AND HERZEGOVINA 1991-1995”

During the Conference, 26 prominent scholars from Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad presented their papers, and series of announcements were made, and we should mention some of the globally known names, such as: Tilman Zülch, Bianca Yagger, Dr. Waren H. Switzer, Dr. Philip J. Cohen, Dr. Sharon Silber, and others. About twenty local authors, affirmed university professors, and public figures made the core of the conference, and among them were: Dr. Jusuf Žiga, Dr. Omer Ibrahimagić, Dr. Ibrahim Tepić, Dr. Hakija Đozić, Dr. Smail Čekić, Dr. Alija Ramljak, Muharem Kreso M.A., Dr. Abdulah Konjicija, Dr. Ismet Dizdarević, Dr. Dževad Termiz, Dr. Šemso Tucaković, Dr. Bećir Macić, Fadila Memišević, Stjepan Kljuić, Nijaz Mašić, Rifat Karić, Amor Mašović, Izet Mehinagić, Dr. Izet Beridan, Dr. Fadila Čengić, Dr. Dragutin Dumančić, Dr. Muhamed Dervišbegović, Dr. Rasim Muminović, and Azra Smajović.

Papers, testimonies of victims of crimes, documents, and video footage show the objectives and extent of the Great-Serbian aggression against Bosnia and Herzegovina, especially the massive character of massacres and other forms of crimes against the manipulated, deceived and unprotected civilians of the UN safe heaven. The records presented during this conference indicated the full responsibilities of Serbia and Montenegro (that is FRY) in the execution of the armed aggression against the independent, sovereign, and internationally recognized state of Bosnian and Herzegovina.

Along with the papers, the testimonies of victims of crimes were presented, as well as documents on the role and responsibility of the international community, documentary film “Slaughter in Srebrenica in July 1995“, documentary photographs on crimes showing the depicting crimes in Srebrenica, and Indictments and ICTY Decision to confirm the Indictment against Radovan Karadžić and Ratko Mladić of 14 and 16 November 1995.
